You may recall that last year, when the mistral had been blowing for three days straight, it was a pleasure to sit on the beach and feel how the wind changed the temperature.

Practical tip:

Book in advance, especially if you plan to visit during Holy Week, as restaurants can become fully booked. Our apartments at Lo Peix Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, and coffee maker, should you prefer to prepare your own meals. Go to book your table at 7am, not 10am, the difference is significant.

• Chiringuito El Puerto: located in the port of La Ràpita, just a 2-minute walk from our apartments. It offers typical local dishes, such as lobster paella, and has a guideline price of 20-30€ per person. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00.
• Chiringuito La Platja: situated in El Trabucador, a 12-minute drive from Lo Peix Apartments. It is ideal for enjoying a sunny day at the beach, and offers light meals and refreshments. It is open from Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 to 19:00, and has a guideline price of 15-25€ per person.
• Chiringuito El Racó is also worth a visit, a secret known only to the locals, with its homemade dishes and cozy atmosphere.
