The Ebro Delta, a perfect destination for runners with impressive views: La Ràpita, our beloved town, features running routes that traverse flat terrain, surrounded by rice fields, the bay, and flamingos in the background. If you are a running enthusiast, on Tuesdays the mistral comes from the northwest, head to the bay side. This is crucial, as the wind can be a significant factor in our routes — this is something we have learned over time —.
